Lee Anne Cavin
Board Chair and Executive Director
Lee Anne studied Psychology at the University of South Carolina and has several years of experience as a project manager. She also has experience on staff at Grace Church both as a Children’s Ministry Director and as Director of Care & Recovery. Seeing Front Porch Housing grow out of the need of one member at Grace Church into a full-fledged supportive community has been one of her greatest joys.

Brian Burgess
Housing Director
Brian attended Clemson University, earning a bachelor of science degree in Parks Recreation and Tourism Management. He has nearly 20 years of experience in retail management and 5 years of being a stay-at-home dad.

Victoria Martinez
Property Manager
Victoria received her PMIC SC licensing through the Wyatt Real Estate Institute and CAM Designation through the Upper State Apartment Association. She has nine years of experience in property management. Victoria loves her job because she gets to meet so many different people.

Madison Peters
Housing Admin
Madison has a BS in Psychology with a minor in Christian Ministry from Southern Wesleyan University. She worked as the marketing manager for Auxiliary Enterprises at Southern Wesleyan University and was also an RA. Madison was also an intern at The Dream Center of Easley. As part of the Front Porch Housing team, she is excited to learn from her colleagues as they serve the community.

Lisa Yerrick
Care Coordinator Supervisor
Lisa has degrees from both Radford University and NOVA Southeastern University. She has significant experience in family services, child care, education, and nonprofits, including five years leading a local chapter of an international children’s ministry. She loves working on a collaborative team and being part of a community that serves, equips, and loves people.

Sharon Wegner
Care Coordinator
Sharon studied at Winthrop College and earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She also has over 29 years of experience with Greenville DSS, Child Protective Services.

Brooke Lugo
Care Coordinator
Brooke completed her undergraduate studies at North Greenville University in General Studies. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. After interning at Miracle Hill, she is excited to be part of the Front Porch Housing team.

Matt Carlisle
Care Coordinator
Matt has a certification in suicide prevention and intervention training. He has 10 years of experience as a paramedic in EMS and nearly five years working in addictions and recovery at another nonprofit ministry.

Jessica Poore
Child & Youth Development Coordinator
Jessica graduated from Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has had a variety of experiences with youth, including summer camp involvement, teaching in elementary school, and directing in children’s ministry.

Missy Lynch
Community Engagement Lead
Missy graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology. She has experience as a high school teacher, yearbook advisor, photographer, and graphic designer. She also worked as the Audio Visual Central Events Project Manager for Grace Church.

Warehouse Director
Kimberly has experience with “a little of this, a little of that, and all the things!”

Jenna Miller
Events and Communications Coordinator
Jenna recently graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. She has served as a volunteer at Front Porch in the past and is excited to be part of such a warm and encouraging community.

Kathy Scully
Recovery Program Director
Kathy has her Master of Education degree in Counseling from Clemson University. After 28 years with the State of South Carolina in Children’s Services, Kathy came on staff at Grace Church. She feels privileged to serve the Lord at Front Porch Housing in such a meaningful way.

Tim Brady
Assistant to the Regional Manager
Tim attended Clemson University and graduated with a degree in Industrial Management. He has 10 years of experience in manufacturing, 8 years in chemical sales, and over 20 years owning and operating Arby’s restaurants. After working many different jobs, he’s excited to bring his experience to help others as Facilities Manager at Front Porch Housing.

Philip du Plessis
Maintenance Technician
Philip has a degree in Aircraft Mechanics and experience working as an Aircraft Mechanic for the South African Airforce. He has also worked as a Safety Officer for OSHAS and MHSAct, and he has experience in property maintenance and management.

Aimee Romosca
Executive Assistant to Lee Anne Cavin
Aimee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from Clemson University. She has experience teaching special education and at the elementary level, as well as several years of experience on staff at Grace Church on the student ministry team and in the communications department.

Natalie Collins
Care Coordinator
With nine years of recruiting experience across healthcare, nonprofit, and financial industries, I love connecting with people and building community. God has blessed me with the opportunity to serve Front Porch Housing residents, helping them find resources and achieve their goals. In return, their faith and friendship inspire me. God chose me to belong to His family. Because of my sin, He sent His Son to die for me so I could have a relationship with Him. I find joy in serving others, sharing Christ’s love and kindness with my brothers and sisters.

Ben Dather
Property Assistant
Ben brings experience in retail, customer service, food service, landscaping, construction, and remanufacturing. With a strong passion for serving others, he enjoys working alongside his team and making a difference in the lives of those he serves—whether by moving furniture or lending a helping hand. What he loves most about his work is the sense of community, knowing that the people we care for also care for him in return.
