Lee Anne Cavin
Chief Executive Officer
Lee Anne studied Psychology at the University of South Carolina and has several years of experience as a project manager. She also has experience on staff at Grace Church, serving as both Children’s Ministry Director and Director of Care & Recovery. Seeing Front Porch Housing grow out of the need of one member at Grace Church into a full-fledged supportive community has been one of her greatest joys.

Victoria Martinez
Property Manager
Victoria received her PMIC SC licensing through the Wyatt Real Estate Institute and CAM Designation through the Upper State Apartment Association. She has nine years of experience in property management. Victoria loves her job because she gets to meet so many different people.

Madison Peters
Housing Admin & Human Resources
Madison graduated from Southern Wesleyan University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Christian Ministry. Since graduating, she has been part of the FPH team, where she helps support residents, staff, and day-to-day operations.

Lisa Yerrick
Care Coordinator Supervisor
Lisa has degrees from both Radford University and NOVA Southeastern University. She has significant experience in family services, child care, education, and nonprofits, including five years leading a local chapter of an international children’s ministry. She loves working on a collaborative team and being part of a community that serves, equips, and loves people.

SJ Dorcely
Care Coordinator
Originally from Haiti, SJ developed his ministry and leadership foundation through mentorship under a church planter. He served as a school disciplinarian, managed ministry communications, and traveled throughout the country identifying community needs while acting as a liaison for American mission teams. Since arriving in the U.S., he has continued serving the local church by supporting daily operations at Grace Church and is grateful to now be part of what God is doing at Front Porch Housing.

Sharon Wegner
Care Coordinator
Sharon studied at Winthrop College and earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She also has over 29 years of experience with Greenville DSS, Child Protective Services.

Geoff Hill
Care Coordinator
I have previously served with AmeriCorps NCCC focusing on disaster relief and rebuilding, as well as the US Army. I am a former certified teacher in Social Studies. I have taught Elementary school in Harlem, NY, Middle School in Easley and Greenville, SC as well as assisted with High School programming with Clemson and the YMCA. Happy to be able to serve the Kingdom in this unique role.

Lisa LaFontaine
Care Coordinator
For the past five years, Lisa has served with the Bob Jones University Department of Public Safety as both a Patrol Officer and Communications Specialist. A graduate of Bob Jones University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling, she most recently held the rank of Master Sergeant while serving as a Graduate Assistant with the Department of Public Safety. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling.

Sammy Dewald
Care Coordinator
I studied Religion at the University of Georgia. I have worked as a musician and in audio production for twenty five years. I have been primarily a stay at home dad with our four boys most recently for thirteen years. For the past twelve years I have been serving with Grace Church on the worship team.

Brooke Lugo
Care Coordinator
Brooke completed her undergraduate studies at North Greenville University in General Studies. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. After interning at Miracle Hill, she is excited to be part of the Front Porch Housing team.

Natalie Collins
Care Coordinator
With nine years of recruiting experience across healthcare, nonprofit, and financial industries, I love connecting with people and building community. God has blessed me with the opportunity to serve Front Porch Housing residents, helping them find resources and achieve their goals. In return, their faith and friendship inspire me. God chose me to belong to His family. Because of my sin, He sent His Son to die for me so I could have a relationship with Him. I find joy in serving others, sharing Christ’s love and kindness with my brothers and sisters.

Susan Bates
Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Health Science from Clemson University. She spent 21 years as a homeschool mom, volunteering in various ministries at Grace Church, and runs her own organizing business. She has always desired to work in the non-profit arena and is excited to be part of what God is doing through Front Porch Housing.

Jenna Miller
Application Intake Specialist
Jenna recently graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. She has served as a volunteer at Front Porch in the past and is excited to be part of such a warm and encouraging community.

Jessica Poore
Child & Youth Development Coordinator
Jessica graduated from Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has had a variety of experiences with youth, including summer camp involvement, teaching in elementary school, and directing in children’s ministry.

Philip du Plessis
Maintenance Coordinator
Philip has a degree in Aircraft Mechanics and experience working as an Aircraft Mechanic for the South African Airforce. He has also worked as a Safety Officer for OSHAS and MHSAct, and he has experience in property maintenance and management.

Graham Bochman
Maintenance Technician
I have worked in construction industrial maintenance in the mining and power industry for years. I served as senior pastor of Providence Baptist Church in Sumter, SC for 5 years and have a degree in Sacred Literature. For the past 4 years I have worked with Angry Goat Construction site clean up and demolition. I have an amazing wife and 3 of the best kids a guy could have.

Executive Assistant to
Lee Anne CavinAimee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from Clemson University. She has experience teaching special education and at the elementary level, as well as several years of experience on staff at Grace Church on the student ministry team and in the communications department.

Finance Coordinator
Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with experience as a consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, former Director of Audit & Compliance for a healthcare system in Birmingham, AL, and most recently served at Grace Church assisting in the enhancement and streamlining of accounting and budgeting processes.

Kathy Scully
Recovery Program Coordinator
Kathy has her Master of Education degree in Counseling from Clemson University. After 28 years with the State of South Carolina in Children’s Services, Kathy came on staff at Grace Church. She feels privileged to serve the Lord at Front Porch Housing in such a meaningful way.

Ben Dather
Property Assistant
Ben brings experience in retail, customer service, food service, landscaping, construction, and remanufacturing. With a strong passion for serving others, he enjoys working alongside his team and making a difference in the lives of those he serves—whether by moving furniture or lending a helping hand. What he loves most about his work is the sense of community, knowing that the people we care for also care for him in return.

Front Porch Housing is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals and families move from instability to independence through housing, supportive services, community, and hope. Our mission is carried out each day by a dedicated team of people who are passionate about serving others with excellence, compassion, and humility.
The work we do is meaningful, but it is also challenging. We seek individuals who are willing to rise to the occasion each day on behalf of those we serve, following the example of Jesus Christ, who faithfully meets each of us where we are with grace, truth, and love.
